PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS
Description:
Our Private Foundations is an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit. Over the span of four personal sessions, we slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique, and get your body primed to join our group CrossFit classes. Structure:
Private Foundations is broken down into four classes. The first 3 classes consist of an hour long one-on-one session with one of our coaches working alongside you to guide you through the movements and modify them to individualize the workout to your current goals and abilities. The last class will be a group CrossFit class with coaching assistance to get you familiar with how our other group classes function.
