CrossFit Des Plaines offers personal assessment and training to ensure that our athletes are hitting their personal health and fitness goals based on their ability levels. Personal Training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals. Whether you have reached a plateau, are not making the type of progress you would like to be making or prefer to work in a more personal setting, personal training may be just the thing you are looking for. To get this system started, an athlete must first set up a consultation and assessment with the Head Coach. Based on this, we will come up with a program design which will target the specific areas that need to be worked on to reach optimal health and fitness.
